I
I have som interlaced DV files from a sony camera
I doing this:
Grab with pinacle studio
making some scenes transactions and subtitles with dvstudio
Creating a DV file again..
Now i need to encoded on cce to dvd or SVCD .
What the best settings in cce for this kind of encode ??
Thanks for any info.
PS: cce 2.66 already accept DV files without the codec.
I i have the mainconcep codec instaled will the cce use the codec or the internal routines ??
thank you

Here are a couple of good threads on the subject:

As you can see, there are quite a few different opinions on the subject.
By the way, you mention that you use Studio for transitions and such, which version. The newest, version 8, comes close to the quality of cce but you don't have a whole lot of control over individual settings.

can u do resize to svcd with cce 2.66? and apply filters... cause i can not get cce 2.66 to take avs files... and loading the avs in link2 is a hard way to get cce to use filters.

Loading AVS files works with CCE 2.66. You should reinstall Avisynth. Make sure you use YUV2 colorspace, not YV12 (if you're using Avisynth 2.5).
