dvd2one & ifoupdate

I have been trying to back up Unfaithful, per jdobbs instruction for dvd2one and ifoupdate. Ifoupdate returns an error message saying the cells of the original ifo and the new ifo are not the same. I have done this 3 times and I'm pretty confident that I'm doing it right. Is this movie a bitch to copy, or is it me?
