All automatated....

I want to have DVD2SVCD fully automated.
When I encode my movies, after about 40 minutes, a window opens and show me som results and ask me if i want to save those. Then I have to push "ok" to continue. That's so lousy, because then I must wait 40 mins for that dialog then I can go away.
Can I somewhere in the program kill that pop-up window?

And I also have a off-topic question.
Is there anyone who knows the lousy windows XP??
My computer don't turn off automaticly when i choose "shut down". I must wait to a "now it's safe to shut down" screen appears. Is that changeable?

there is no doubt: DVD2SVCD _is_ fully automated. I don´t think that it could be even more automated. You should really start to read a bit around (maybe during the 40 minutes you have to wait) at doom9. Especially the stickies of this forum and some guides about dvd2svcd.
I don´t really know, what you mean with the lousy pop-up window, but maybe unchecking "use frame selection" helps. If you expect better advices, you should post some more information (instead of complaining). For example the logfile of your latest encode.

Under the frameserver tab have you got edit the avisynth dot on edit?
If so then click on no editing..that's the only pop up I can think of that may come up during the process.

Also I don't know what you mean by "it is now safe to turn off your computer"...windows XP does not have that. When you press turn off, it turns it off, period. I know windows 98 and possible windows ME might have done that, but winNT/win2000/winXP don't. So maybe you're not using winXP?

Actually if XP doesn't think you have a PS2 motherboard controlled power supply that message will appear. I think you have a bad install or a corrupt driver somewhere.
Do a fresh XP install. I like XP better then all the other Microsoft OS's.
