Why CCE crashes

Could somone please list the most frequent reasons
that make CCE crash, and if possible, a solution to each?

unfortunately the FAQ doesn't explain why CCE will crash on one particular movie.

i've got Monty Python the Holy Grail and CCE crashes a few minutes from the start.

i went through the forums but nobody explains what this crash is about.

i'd appriciate any help.
