1. Use PDITools to make iso of the PDIs you have.
2. Mount ISO with Daemon tools.
3a. Use IC7 again. Keep the main movie at 100% and shrink the extras just a tad. You will have to do a little praying, or finger crossing there...
or
3b. Use DVD95COPY, let it do it's thing. It will probably do the above automatically, as the ISO is marginally above the allowed to burn

Good Luck

thats the problem with IC and this shows why its best not to use it to strip Titles as it doesn't even accept it own work after!

so what chance has a fussy standalone got???

Afterthought
If you are still looking for possibilities you could use pditool and extract all the files to a VIDEO_TS directory folder then start over with IC and the the fresh vobs and do the reduction required.

also tried this and it just said there were files missing, anywho i did it with dvd2one in the end,i just mounted the iso then dvd2one picked it up.

but as misterx says a program that doesnt let you alter its own files that it creates is ridiculous,it really made me angry!!!

but remember you are using a reg hack to remove Titles, which IC is useless at doing :)

so it's your risk if you wanna use IC to strip

some good info would be the contents of the IFO for that Title removed and see which ones it struggles on removing

in the end it was my fault for not watching what i was doing, all the disks ive done(removing titles)work perfectly its cos i removed the titles then set everything that was left to 100% which works perfectly if i set it just in the green for some daft reason i set it above this marker resulting in a file size too big duh!!! i have now sorted this, but it just anoyed me you cant run it again in ic without using the original ifo.

p.s i have found that if i keep all the bits ie mgm logos etc which come up either before the film or the menu i get no playback probs at all its,i think it is removing these incorrectly that playback probs may occur but i may be wrong!!!

now you know what to keep an eye out for :)

figured that one out too when you deselect titles in ic you must also deselect the audio part of the title,it then loads the image back into ic with no probs!!!!!!
