Please read the AutoFitCD instructions carefully. For every movie, you need to go to the Frameserver tab and select "AutoFitCD Detect Borders" from the list first. Then select Go - Preview Video, click "New Frame" and/or lower the Borders Threshold until the borders are properly detected then click the "AutoFitCD >>" button. Then optionally adjust settings and click Close. Now you can start the encode. You must follow these steps for each new movie.

What happened to you was that you used the "FitCD" setup from a previous encode which obviously had different borders.

i've read the instruction and i just used the plugin correctly.

I do the step you write, but only in some dvd's my mpg is cutted and i don't understand why.

What exactly do you mean by "cutted"? The small black borders on the left and right? That's normal when you have set TV Overscan to something other than zero. Also, in your specific example, only 4 pixels were cropped from the left and right of the original movie.

unfortunately i can't upload a jpg to describe, but video isn't cutted by 3 px at left only.

The mpg is cutted about 80 px from left and 80 from right and i see the video in 16:9

OK, then it is most likely because you are creating an anamorphic SVCD. This is against the SVCD standard and (standalone) players that don't support anamorphic SVCDs will act like this, that is, display only some middle portion of the picture (mine does this definitely).
