several vcd's to single dvd-r

I want to record several vcd's to a single dvd-r



please help`

1 - demux video and audio
2 - resample audio to 48000 and turn it into an ac3 stream
3 - make a simple menu to work your way around the dvd (ie - select a movie screen)
3 - load authoring program and add all movie/ac3 tracks + menu and burn it.
that's basically all you have to do...
