I'm just trying to make a backup copy of "Ice Age", which should be a quite
simple task. I've already tried serveral ways, I also demuxed and
re-authored the whole dvd, but unfortunately WinDVD won't play it. There are
no menus on the disk, just the main movie with several subpictures and audio
tracks.
There is no problem playing the disc with PowerDVD but as I'm usually using
WinDVD im just wondering why my disc is not accepted and I fear that some
standalone players may fail too.
These are the files on the disc:
video_ts.bup
video_ts.ifo
vts_01_0.bup
vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01_1.vob
vts_01_2.vob
vts_01_3.vob
vts_01_4.vob
I suspect that WinDVD (and some standalone players) do require one of the
files video_ts.vob or vts_01_0.vob which IfoEdit did not create. What I did
was just author dvd => add tracks => let Ifoedit work => get vts sectors =>
burn. Any help is gratefully appreciated...
