well alot of threads about which give better pic and can't quit find the answer when it comes to making either or vcd/svcd which will give the better quality pic to use FIXED CQ or 2 PASS VBR, i take it's a user preference. can i get a shout out from the forum on there opion cause im banging my head on the wall
