CCE and IFOEDIT remuxing problem

Hi

I just finished encoding LOTR with CEE 2.66.The resulting m2v was quite good.Unfortunately when I try remuxing it in Ifoedit the sound and subtitles were ok but the movie was choppy.I know I'm doin something wrong in IFOEDIT because the m2v file is playing as it should.The tools that I'm using are DVDdecrypter ifoedit and CEE.Please help cheers
