Ok, I was looking at the 'Guide to using Photoshop to create DVD menus', and went and made a nice looking still menu for signs. My only problem now is that i dont know how to implement this menu into my DVD. What program can I use to have the menu link to my vob files? All of the programs i see on this site ask for .m2v video and then ac3 audio, how can I use my menu with the regular vob files?

You're "mixing apples and oranges". m2v files are video files. AC3 files are audio files. These files are put together, along with menus you might create, and "compiled" into VOB files. Trying to mix a menu with VOB files you already have will not work. If you are wanting to do a full disc backup and use the original menu, there are guides for this. If you are wanting to make your own menu and point it to movies, you will need to extract the VOB's you have into m2v and ac3 files and reauthor that along with the menu you created.
