changing resolution of cce encoding?

Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can't seem to find out how to change the resolution of CCE encoded mpg2's? I usually use CCE to back up my dvds, but want to play around with svcd backups since cdr blanks are cheaper than dvdr blanks. The way CCE is set up it outputs a 720x480 picture, but thats not svcd compliant, I need 480x480, and this setting is easily found in tmpgenc, but I can't seem to find it in CCE.....

actually.. in CCE prior to 2.76 (in the latest version there's a switch to force different output resolutions) the input and output resolutions are the same. But perhaps setting the flag DVD compliant will write a wrong header.

... and thus you have to change the input resolution. Use Avisynth for resizing (and further filtering, if you like).
