not verifying encoder

Can anyone help? AVI - DVD extracts my audio ok, but it then comes up with please verify encoder tab. I selected Tpmegnc in the encoder tab, how can i verify it anymore! I am new to all of this, can any one suggest something or point me in the right direction, thanks:( :(

What encoder tab?:confused: DVD2AVI doesn't let you encode anything else but AVI's and in that case you should be talking about 'codec', but since you say you select TMPEG this is obviously not the case.

Make sure you really are using DVD2AVI, preferably v1.76, before replying here, and then you should provide us with (a lot) more info or we won't be able to help you. If you are not using DVD2AVI then I suggest you repeat your question, together with a good statement of what program you are using, exactly what steps you have done, and the exact wording of any error messages you get. And post it in the newbies section or any other relevant forum.

If you want to be frameserving with a .d2v file then make sure you are choosing "Save Project" not "Save AVI".
