tmpgenc features in DVD2SVCD

hello,
does anyone know, if there is a chance to use the following settings:
mpeg setting/advanced/ghost reduction and noise reduction and sharpen edge ???
i found out they improve the quality of the movie a lot!

ps: if it shouldn´t be possible, is there a filter to install that works as good?

I don't think those settings are possbile, but don't quote me since I don't use TMPG.

You can use almost any Avisynth filter you want. Have a look around and see what interests you.

I have no idea what those settings do so it's hard to recomend any kind of filter.
