New settings for CCE SP 2.66.01.07

I've been using robshot's method to backup just the main movie for the past year. I decided to upgrade my CCE 2.5 to the latest version (2.66.01.07). Is there a guide on how to set the new features in the "Video" and "Quality" screens to get the best picture?
