Multiple Title Sets InVobs

I have a copy of the wizard of oz (pal) which is title set 2 on the dvd but the film is in the middle of the extras in the 1 title set is there any way i can chop it out and still keep the menu.

I need more detail here. The original DVD must be able to just show the movie without showing the extras. If it does force you to watch these extras before the movie when you press play on the Main Menu you'll have to either strip out the VOB-IDs containing the extras, maybe change the PGC structure that is played when you press the 'Play' button, or maybe edit the 'Play' button command itself.
