instant copy and ifoedit

ive never used ifoedit and was wondering if anyone had a quick guide to follow, allowing me to do the menu and movie only ie stripping the extras so i can just load them into ic,ive had a look through the posts and havent found anything yet(maybe im going blind)so your help would be appreciated.

thanks for the link,but if i have 13 titles i guess id have to do this procedure for each one?a bit too much if you ask me, however i did notice the "multipul vob id removal" was left blank perhaps ill wait until hes finished that bit.

also! if i deselect titles in ic it could cause problems on playback?
