avi to rmvb

How do I encode an avi file to a rmvb (real media 9 variale bit rate) file? I have the helix encoder and it only allows me to do rm files. I really want to try to encode to rmvb since the quality seems pretty good for the size. Thanks

just use Helix Producer Basic (http://forms.real.com/rnforms/products/tools/producerbasic/index.html?key=Y4GB51048000671) and adjust the Audience settings.
