change chapter points using ifoedit

Is it possible to use ifoedit to change the chapter times in a vob? I converted some dv footage to mpeg2, used spruceup to make a simple dvd, and exported the vob files. However, the I couldn't set the chapter points in spruce up exactly where I wanted them. So my question is can IfoEdit be used to change where the chapters are set?

IFOs only point to Cells not times. In IfoEdit you can easily point them to Cells through 'PTT_SRPTI' but the Cell times have to be set when the VOB Files are created. Try re-authoring the VOB files with IfoEdit by De-muxing the streams with VobEdit and then adding them into IfoEdits author feature. Here you can add your own text file where you want the chapters to be in 'frame numbers', a bit of maths needed here.
After that, add your new VOBs into the titleset where your incorrect ones are and then run it all through IfoEdit again to fix the IFO files. Hope it works!!!
