frameserver support + vd

Hi,
when i install the frameserver support in virtual dub and encode i dont see the 'frames served' change in the frammeserver mode window.

Maybe this is because i am not using it correctly and if so when should this support be installed? i have been trying to use it when encoding with xvid.

can you give some more details? perhaps what your source is, how you bring it into the vdub frameserver, why you are not using avisynth?
