IC 7 fails me 3times now!

I used it successfully once or twice, but the last 3 movies i've tried it on have failed. let's see..one crashed at 40%...the other crashed at 90%...and this last one, didn't crash, it just reported after wasting tons of time that despite the fact that i set it to 4.31gigs, and comes back and says it can't fit on a DVD-R.

I'm pretty unhappy with this software...it was a waste of money.

it may not be the program it could be a few different things like your aspi layer or something else id hang on for an experienced poster before you dump it,i would also make sure you have the newest version cos the old one had a lot of bugs.

This bug normally belongs to versions older than 091.
Don't set your DVD-Burner as target. Make a pdi-Image on your HD first.
Then make a PDI-burn-session or better use PDITOOL to extract the files.
Normally you also have to set more than 4.31 GB (usually around 4.6 - 4.7 GB) to get a full disk (overcome border with F5).

Different crashtimes could be caused by PCI- or graphic-card problems. If possible test another card or change the IRQ.
