2 towers svcd to 1 dvd

OK I have the 4 cdr SVCD version of 2 towers. The quality is perfect. I want to put it on DVD. Can anyone help?. What it boils down to is each cd containes a AVSEQ01 file that containes the movie. I tried to merge them with a bunch of differnt software but none of them work. I need to know how to convert it into NTSC also. Can anyone write a quick guide for me?

U can't have a non released film in svcd. Actually we dont care if u do and we don't need to know.
