Is 0.16 still the latest and the app needed for those of us who have "upgraded" to DVD2One 1.02?

Use IFOUpdate instead. MakeItEasy was developed specifically for doing padding/unpadding. That is no longer needed in version 1.0X.
Search for "Quick Guide" -- you'll see the latest method.
