yep, I have searched, just curious I had the matrix ac3, -101 ms, transcoded it to mp2 with besweet so now it is a -101 ms mp2? I don't see any option to set delay, is it not important like it is in mpeg4?

Audio delays are important, even in SVCD :) ... if you use bbmpeg or the I-Author multiplexing function, you can set the startup delays there.

much appreciated, I have been using tmpgenc mpeg tools to mux, but that was only on avi sources converted to mpeg2
I have been reading up on bbmpeg, and I will definately go grab that now and use it tommorrow when my encode is finished
