DVDMaestro - Adding a intro and chapters

I have successfully managed to add a dolby digital intro to my movie.
However, does anyone know how to set the beginning of the movie to be chapter 1. I can only seem to get the beginning of the intro to be chapter 1 and not the movie. How do i also determine what time exactly the intro finishes and the movie starts so i can set the start time of chapter to be exact as on the original DVD. And also, if this is possible how do i go about setting the first play item in the connections area to be the dolby digital intro.

rather than put the intro and movie on the same 'Movie' in Maestro, create a new 'Movie' for the intro, and set the First Play (connections window) to the intro movie, then the end action of the intro to the menu.
