Removing menus from dvd

At the risk of sound very n00b, i would like to know what is the easiest way to get rid of the menus and just burn a backup of my sopranos episode dvds. Just the episodes and nothing else. Ive done this plenty of times with a normal movie with only 1 pgc to keep, but cant seem to figure this out. If there is a guide somewhere that i missed please feel free to laugh at me and gimmie a link

I've had a few problems with the Sopranos DVD's. Usually they need to be re-encoded and occasionally the episodes are on the disc out of order. In that case I re-encoded each episode separately. I may try DVD2One on a disc and see how it comes out.

i tried instant copy on this dvd...horrible results...i am currently trying to re-encode with tmpengc...we shall see how that turns out
