error with Gear DVD after using Ifoedit to create new ifos and bups

i used ifoedit to create new ifos for Band of Brothers (movie only. i make sure everything is alright in the editor, like number of channels and all, but when using Gear Pro DVD to see if it will accept my film, i get an error:

LOAD ERROR ON FILE VTS_01_0.IFO
FILE CANNOT BE LOADED AT THE REQUIRED ADDRESS (640) BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS ALREADY OCCUPIED.
FIRST AVAILABLE LOAD ADDRESS IS 659.

I know this is a problem with the ifos, but I cannot figure out what it is.
If anyone can help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks,

Load into IFOEdit one of your VOB IFO files and then run "Get VTS Sectors". A bunch of corrections will be made, usually, saving over all the IFO and BUP files in your Video_TS folder. Make sure your VOB files are present in the Video_TS folder when you run the Get VTS Sector function.

Then Gear will import your VideoTS folder.
