View Full Version : Now I get whole movie, but 5 CD's. Should be 1.

Earlier post titled 'bbMPEG cutting Pulldown_Encoded_Video_NTSC.mpv short' posted Feb 23rd, 2003 led me to uninstall and re-install everything to resolve cut-off file issue. Now that I have re-installed latest DVD2SVCD I find that when asking for 1 CD I instead get 5. Log file attached. I am starting to go a bit crazy.

Thx.

This is very strange the only thing I can offer at this point is that 1 pass VBR can go nutso (really technical term here) once in a while. Using multipass VBR or CBR is much more reliable.
Give that a quick try and see if it solves the problem.

It may also be your Q factor, but I don't know enough about it to be sure. 5 seems awefully low.

A quick hint that doesn't effect this is that an Image Quality Priority setting of 5 is really low and you would be better served with a much higher number here. Personally I use 22, the default is 17.
