The document is based of Koepi's initial release modified by Nitrogen, and includes newest additions to dev-api-3 branch(for using Xvid with Qpel,Qmc,B-frames,ChromaME,chroma optimizer,Nic's decoder etc) translated into Greek.The sources for the additions are Doom9's xvid forum ,irc channel and the Q&A document.
