Mini guide to copy DVD want...

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for a simple tutorial to copy a DVD with these features.

1) Use TMPGEnc like encoder, let me choice parameters.
2) Use DVD Decripter to rip the DVD
3) Use the chain DVD2AVI > TMPGtemplate.txt > TMPEGnc.
4) Copy the stuff that I want, like menu, extras etc...
5) Do not copy the stuff that I don't want.

5) DO NOT USE DVDMaestro or Scenarist.

Does exists a tutorial for this?

Or

Does exists an all in one SW like DVD2xxx that let me choice the parameters in TMPGEnc and burns with menu?
