layerbreak and chapterxtractor

i noticed chapterxtractor recognizes the layerbreak as a chapter..

what should i do with it when backing up a dvd9 using cce and maestro?

since you arent making a DVD9, you dont have to put it in there, unless it is actually supposed to be a chapter point ;)
