Which one is more accurate? It seems like the GK one is more convenient though.

And what are your general rules? Target around 60% for 1 CD?

They're using the same methods (AviSynth, DivX5, etc). Read through the Gordian Knot guides and they will tell you anything above 60% is good quality.

We are using exactly the same method, same defalut snip size and same frames discarded.
At the end we use different calculation to obtain the same result (anyway, the size prediction engine, that is the heart of the test, is identical)
