MP3 to WAV errors

I am trying to convert a demuxed MP3 file to a WAV, the MP3 plays for 1:54 but the converted WAV only plays for 1:47 and the audio is out of sync.

Details of the MP3 file - 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3, 128 kb/s (64/ch x 2 ch) CBR, 44100Hz.

I have tried conversion with Razorlame, Musicmatch Jukebox and Virtualdub/Vdubmod but all give a different file length for the WAV?

But I dont seem to be able to get the file repaired? I tried running AC3 fix on it int he hope it may work but it did not :(

you can repair it with BeSplit/BeSliced.

Thanks, I have tried Besplit but I have found that it simply deletes the bad parts in a file and not replace them with blanks so the file is shorter and the audio is still out of sync?

When I have problems with AC3 files I use AC3FIX which does keeps the file's length correct??
