AC3 audio as menu background music in DVD Workshop

I'am using DVD workshop version 1.3, although the movies could accept audio format in AC3 format after the m2v merged with ac3 by Tmpgenc.
However, I never got success in using AC3 audio as menu background music !
Did anyone success in making it ? and how is the trick ?
