Green Scrambling when VOB's loaded in DVD2AVI

Listen up
I rip my vobs on my hd with smartripper or dvd decrypter, i tried both with several different settings...When i need to make my .d2v project, i load my vob files in dvd2avi, but when they are loaded, my entire movie is filled with green scrambling and stripes.
Does anybody know what could be the cause of this??

By 99% certainty you haven't decrypted the vobs when you ripped them. Check your settings and try again.

Thx for the tip man, you were right, it didn't encode, but dont ask me why..i guess there was something wrong with the css key in dvd decrypter. now it works
