I read all your guides links ressources but is there a guide for multi audio as well with multi subtitles, chaptering and dvd menu like in RV9 ?

RV9 support multi audio track using SMILE, one .smil per audio track. For multi-subs, you need to create more SMILE (one per sub) with .RT files. There is no chaptering and no menu.
