Problem with ISO mode on 'My Cousin Vinny'.
First my configuration:
PIII 933 MHZ 384MB RAM 30GB HD Windows ME FAT32 Pioneer DVR-105
I've burned half a dozen movies already, but this was my first try at ISO mode. All the others movies were larger than 4.36GB. I had a problem with a 4GB file split size, it would err out at about 97% complete on the write to my HDD. So I switched to a 2GB file size and ended up with 3 main movie files (.iso, 01, 02) plus the .dvd and .mds files.
I selected the .dvd in DVDDecrypter and started to burn with the default settings. It completed fine and I popped the DVD into my RCA 220 player. At the menu I press play, the title shows but no minutes show, the FBI warning plays, then the DVD freezes and returns to the players menu. If I press play again, or any other key on the remote, the menu disappears, but the movie never plays.
Any suggestions?
UPDATE: I ripped the main movie files, corrected IFO's with Ifoedit and burned with Imagetools. So at least I have the movie. Still interested in what the problem was with the ISO though.
