i make a dvd with nero vision express an then if the vobs are to big to fit on a dvd5 i have to work with instant copy...
most guides report that a dvd must have a AUDIO_TS foulder, so i thout that was a bug or configuratin problem..

I'm not sure what you are trying to say in your post, but if you want to know why IC doesn't make an AUDIO_TS folder on your final DVD-R the search the forum a bit, and you'll find a good description of how to enable that through a configuration screen somewhere. I don't use IC myself so I can't give you a more specific answer.
