Which forum do I post a media question in? Please excuse my ignorance, just want post correctly.

If it's DVD media, use the DVD Burning forum.

If it's a CD media question, not specific to burning SVCD/VCD, then you can post it here. Of course, be sure to use the search funcion before posting, and you may want to try another message board entirely that specializes in burning like Cdrlabs.com.
