Im encoding the second Love Hina DVD and Im having sync problems with the audio. It's four episodes an 4 VOB, but they are not cut according to the VOB's. The audio is in sync for the first episode, but the second one is -66ms off and the third one is another -66ms off and the fourth is another -66ms off. SO each one is 66ms off from the previous one. Im using Ogg as my audio source, so what program can I use to edit them? Or do I have to convert to WAV and then work from there?
