I have downloaded this utility but when I open it and try to use it -- it flashes on my screen for a split second and then disappears-- what am I doing wrong????

do it in a dos window
win2000/xp start | run | cmd | hit enter
win98 start | run | command | hit enter

...It works perfectly and saves you a lot of typing, BUT you must use DOS-Friendly names for your files and folders, e.g. THE_GOONIES or MY_MOVIE instead of The Goonies, My Movie. Just a little tip for those who discovered the PC a little late in their lifes, like me :)
