Well this is the short version

C:\Win me installation
E:\Win Xp pro corp installation

yes a dual boot

Now a problem Win me stuffed up and i wanna reinstall after a format of C:\ . My question is will it let me reinstall after a format and How do i make sure its goes into dual boot? Thanks for your help in advance

Oh one more question since i just started using my Xp, does Maxpayne run on Xp?

a) yes maxpayne run on winXP perfectly...

b) why the hell do you want to install winME?? just courious as i see absolutely no sense in doing so....

Well i have heard that some app dont work on xp and i thought maxpane didnt either, what version patch to install for max payne. Win me coz I have 450Mhz processor:( and i thought xp was dragging my system but now after sp1 install runs smooth. Well still let me have it

case one : what i explained above
case 2: get rid of winme and only keep xp

sorry don't know what version it was. i don't have the game anymore, sold it, delted it. after once playing through it i've had it... nice game though. especially the story is quite amazing...

PS: of course you can install any version of windows you want, i was just curious... :-P

If you install ME after XP, I don't think the XP boot-loader will appear. There is a workaround for it though (well, for installing 2000 after XP, check out www.theeldergeek.com for that, it's on the left-hand side links). Personally, I would just stick with XP unless you have a very valid reason for putting ME on (every game I've had works in XP fine, in fact better....and I have some old-ass games).
