a quasi-standard that allows the burning of 800meg video files (OGM format) onto a 700meg CDR by eliminating the top level of error redunancy. There are many threads on this subject here and several websites. I suggest you use google and the search function and do some reading. http://webs.ono.com/usr016/de_xt/ is a site with the tools needed to get started on the burning aspect of the process.

um.... this sound like mode-2 CD format, and I think nero can create such CD format, so, what's the difference with using nero and mode2 cd maker to burn mode2 disc??

Read forum rule 1 again. And forum rule 1a.
Then look out for the search button. Hit it. Enter "XCD". You'd be surprised how much knowledge there is already around in this forum about this matter.
Read the results. Come back after that and answer that post yourself. Just to show that you want to help.
