hey guys has anyone upgraded from 2.5 to this version and if so do you really see any improvements?? I was thinking about doing so but not if the improvements are minor

If you haven't already you should use the search function as this has been covered in detail both here and in the other forums.

2.62 is the only officially supported 2.6 version.
2.64 sometimes works and sometimes doesn't that is why it is not officially supported.
2.66 does not work at all with DVD2SVCD.

According to the forum there is no visual reason to move to 2.6.

2.62 is actually slower then 2.50 since it cannot use Avisynth and must use VFAPI.

The only reason 2.62 support was added to DVD2SVCD is to see if it would not freeze on some systems like 2.50 did.
