Subtitle Problem

I chose permanent subtitle under the subtitle tab, i then chose preview video (still picture) inside the Go command and it says the subtitle. but when the video is finished and i tried to watch it, there was no subtitle. What's wrong? It even pop up a subtitle preview screen before it starts encoding. thanks.

under preview video with still pictures they show the pictures along with the subtitles.

Without the log file there is little we can do.
Use cut and paste don't attach it.

Again, when I hit the preview button it shows the movie with the correct subtitle but when I tried to hit rip and convert, i got those info on top.

I would suggest u to use smart ripper with stream processing and select video,audio, and subtitle of ur choice and everything else remove and try that way.
