My DV-PAL avi's (exported from Premiere/Vegas Video) has got some rather big horizontal areas where the picture gets distorted and blurred during camera movement.
I've got problems exporting directly from premiere so in that case i used DVIO to open the exported avi. The error appears in both media player playback and on the exported DV tape.
I've tried to install Canopus Playback-only DV codec and change the FourCC header. This solved the problem in Media player playback, but now, DVIO gives memory error when trying to send the file to the camera.
Please help!
