What's the difference in "Still show" "still menu" in Scenarist

Hello,

I was wondering what the difference is between selecting "Still show" and "Still menu" in Scenarist.
And how do I know what to choose? Is it always "still show" that will work for those DVD's that jumps via this dummy pgc to menus?
