Need help with DVD Decyrpter etc.

I cant seem to be able to record from DVDdcrypter except in ISO mode. if i make an image under file mode i can watch it on my pc but when i burn it, with record max, it doesnt work. it only works in file mode after i use DVD2one on that file but that compress's it which i dont need done on a lot of movies. for instance, i open file mode and it picks just the main parts of the movie which i would then want to burn. also in file mode, cant i just select the episodes(files) i want from lets say the sanford and son dvd, and then burn those straight to a disc under dvddcyrpter or some other program?

i suggest you do some reading on the basic DVD stuff. should make some stuff clearer...
