Way to re-join 2 DVD-R from DVDxCopy to 1 DVD-R with DVD2One??

I know that there was maybe already a threat concerning this issue...
Is there someone who re-joined 2 DVD-R made from DVDxCopy to 1 DVD-R with DVD2One??
Probably we could simply rip both discs again and put all the main movie VOB's together and recreate the IFO's with IfoEdit. After that convert it with DVD2One...
Any experience and/or suggestions are welcome.

Joining the VOB's successfully. Everything works except the second part of the chapters.
I have only 9 chapters, instead of 18 (those from disc 1). I recreated the IFO's 'checked the box in IfoEdit).
Files are: VTS_01_1.VOB ...VTS_01_2.VOB...VTS_01_7.VOB (renamed the VOB's from disc 2) so that they are sequentially.
Now I can use DVD2One to fit all on 1 disc, but I have to find something to correct the second part of the chapers first. I tried the VMG_PTT_SRPT entry, but without success.
Any suggestions?

Found it!

Simply launch IfoEdit and select 'Create IFO' and checked 'Create 1 PGC only' and 'Create chapter for each Cell'.
Everything works fine now.
