little hickups? during playback dvd standalone

I got a problem

the when i have created a SVCD from a DVD and i play it back with
WinDVD it plays oke

but when i burn it to a CD and put it in my DVD standalone
i get some kind of little hickups in the video like every second
??? already try'd burning at lower speed 2x /4x dunno what to do about it

some movies dont have this problem but most do... :(

using version 1.1.2 and used 1.1.1
and CCE 2.62 in safe mode

I would suggest you read the mandatory post and provide the information it requests. Since we lost our ability to read minds it's become much harder to know what is happening.

Could be the bitrate is too high for your player. Could be the audio bitrate is too low (make sure you are always at 160 or higher.)
Could be your DVD player. Check the DVD list at www.vcdhelp.com to see if there are any known issues.
